Mochas World Enterprises (formerly ACOWES) is a sort of loan bank that people invest money in and receive a percent when money is borrowed. Maurice used to be a banker before he chose to leave a well-paying job to be a Kingdom servant and pastor. Since the WEST can’t possibly help with all the needs the ministry and brethren have, he is always thinking about how they can support themselves.
This ministry allows our church people to borrow money when they have a need, like a new roof or hospital expenses. People’s requests are looked over and if they qualify, then they can borrow from the bank. They also pay interest on the bank loan.
The money that has been invested by the church receives a percent when loans are paid back. So this not only helps with ministry needs, but it provides for the often unexpected and great needs of our brethren.
The more money the churches invest in Mochas World Enterprises, the more money there is to help our brethren in need and to help with ministry expenses. Any amount is very helpful and it all adds up!
